Bishop Daniels- Owner/Personal Trainer

While working out all of his life because of basketball. As Bishop went to college to play, he fell in love with the process of getting better. Pushing himself every day to become a better player was his motivation, but seeing the physical transformation after weeks of training became a fetish of his. After a few years of playing professional basketball, the wear and tear on his body started to kick in, and suffering a major injury. At that moment, the decision to either keep playing or give it up was presented. While rehabbing, my trainer allowed me to help him with some of his clients. At this point, while realizing the love for helping reach their goals the decision was to one day open a facility that has everything that people need to excel in their physical and mental goals. While learning more everyday, his style of training is a mixture Functional and Strength Training.

“The ultimate goal is to help, encourage, and build as many people as we can.”

Kiara Weldon- Personal Trainer

A healthy lifestyle has always been a major role in my life. Throughout high school and college she was involved and  active playing multiple sports (volleyball, basketball and flag football). After college, she joined a local gym where she met a group of individuals who met three times a week to workout and was very passionate about maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This group kept her consistent and loyal . Seeing results within the body it became my passion. Learning and working alongside of the  trainer to understand the fundamentals of exercising/training. Kiara’s style of training is Endurance and Functional Training.

“Training is more than exercising, it’s a guiding light to help assist and encourage others to feel confident with themselves and their body. Exercising is not my hobby, it’s myLIFESTYLE!”
